Travis must be in the 944 Mafia, he keeps offering deals you can't refuse Do it once, do it right. Re-greasing a sealed bearing that contacts a TB or BS belt seems like bad ju-ju, any leakage from over packing means bye bye belt or worse. The finger twist method is all I used for tensioning and I never had an issue. Follow the WP test John posted, very good info. Watch those BS marks, people get them 180 deg. off all the time.
