Do it once, do it right. Re-greasing a sealed bearing that contacts a TB or BS belt seems like bad ju-ju, any leakage from over packing means bye bye belt or worse. The finger twist method is all I used for tensioning and I never had an issue. Follow the WP test John posted, very good info. Watch those BS marks, people get them 180 deg. off all the time. Good luck and take your time.
