I'm sorry to bump your old thread. I'm in a pinch and this was the most informative thread on the subject.

I have no idea where to find this idle stabilizer? What is the location so that I can jump it to properly set idle?

The jumper goes on two terminals on the diagnostic connector:

You are awesome. Thanks... I got idle set properly and just as this thread says, I no longer run rich, pop on deceleration, or have a high idle.

I am having the same problem after having a Lindsey 300 hp kit installed. I just bought the car and the fumes are killing me.
Can you any supply some pics of the where the connectors are located?

Thanks for the thread, I had the same exhaust fume problem, I adjsuted the idle and now the drive ability of the car improved dramatically and the smell is almost gone.
