Default eccentric bolt

I have seen a picture of the eccentric bolt that someone posted and had it oulined and the whole nine yards. I cant seem to find that thread again im trying to make my car a little more even and i know its one of the three bolts... Help please.. Thank you guys.

I'm assuming you're talking about the spring plate adjustment to lower the rear end...

You have to loosen the other bolt, them turn the eccentric one. Second pic above is mine after adjustment, you can see the clean spot from the eccentric.

And good luck. Liquid wrench and a 1/2" air impact wrench wouldn't loosen the bolts at all. I had to lower the car onto a breaker bar multiple times to get them to pop
