repair of speed/ref sensor wires (harness side)?
Anyone repair their speed and ref sensor wires on the harness side? These are shield and not just like normal wire. I have some going bad in my race car and need to know how you have handled the shielding which I believe wired in.
I can clip, splice, solder with no issues, but don't want to go hacking things up and foul up that shielding. I have spare harness with damage else where that I can rob these lines from, but would need to tie them back into the harness.

Ok...so they by pass the entire issue by replacing the wires from the connetor to the DME plug. I guess that is one way to do it.
Hmmm $100 is alot.. I will need to check and see what I have. I might be able to mix and match enough to make good one by taking it all apart.
