Default Went out to do donuts in the snow...

I would have taken the 951, but it's only got 3 brake calipers right now. So I took the S2000.

In a warning that I must be turning 40 next month, I pulled a muscle in my biceps.

Youth is wasted on children.

And as we get older we allow ourselves to waste away.

With any strain, sprain or pulled muscle my motto now is, I no longer can expect to recover, I must rehabilitate… sad but true. Seriously, have it looked at and follow the PT plan completely. Be proactive with your health and conditioning.

Take care,
Jason

i was sitting in a desk today today filling out some paperwork and got up and somehow wrenched my upper spinal column. for several hours now i can barely turn my head or torso in any direction, twist or do anything whatsoever except basically maintain a single upright position or lie down. it happened a couple years ago... and was good to go after about 10 days.
