Third break light??

Third break light??
Hey guys i need some input on a third break light for my GT Racing Hatch.
should i put one at the top of the window or at the bottom?
should i put it on the inside or outside of the window? i was thinking outside.
does anyone know of a good light that would work for this application? I've bin searching but coming up with crap.
here was one idea i liked but not sure if plp will see it although i feel like the third break light is for taller vehicle to see more then any thing
i wont have a wing other then the fiberglass 944 tail so a light there is out.
any idea will help get the ball rolling.
