Hi all,
I'm a forum owner of two older 911s (and former member of reenlist when it was really a "list") who has decided to get another pcar. Initially I was searching very widely (I've now decided I want a boxster) and so I looked at a lot of cars in my area.
I drove a 1989 S2 last week that had a LOT of records and looked very clean (not concours) and had a fair price. The owner is not a pcar person but he seemed to be a very fair and honest guy.
I decided to pass on the car but not because I didn't think it was a good car and a good deal but just because I decided I wanted a newer car. So if anyone is looking for an S2, check out the craigslist ad below. Again, I don't know the person, and I'm not getting a finder's fee or anything...just thought it was the sort of car that should go into the hands of a Porsche person...
