I picked up a set of 18inch Twists off a 2001 Boxster S. It's the Solid Spoke 18x7.5 and 18x9 ET52. Is anyone running the 265-35-18 on 87-newer 944/951?

Yea, I have 265/35/18's on the rear, but, they are on 10" wheels. I run 225/40's on the front 7.5" wheels.

295/30/18 on 9.5 wheel, clears fine.

Doa - do you run the 225/40/18's on the front with the stock setup otherwise? I'm having clearance issues and have bent my fender since having that tire/wheel on. Looks like rolling of fenders and updated castor blocks would be the fix?!? Did you do that?

Crazy that these old cars will take tires that wide... awesome.

On my 9's I've got 255/40/17 with no issues (besides some slight rub on hard right turns, or normal turns with 4 people in car). If I had a turbo car I'd love to go much wider
