Hello,
i have a bad starter motor. If i turn the key it just wines but does not start.
( First start in the morning,no problems.A trip to the city and several short stops it doesnt kick in!?)
I ordered and installed a brand new magnetic-switch, but it still does not work.
Anyone know a solution on this?

I wouldn't obsess too much trying to go cheap on a fix for that, just buy a quality rebuilt starter. The Bendix drive sounds like it's shot. There is no easier job on these cars, and you don't want to worry about a starter working when it's cold out.

Well.i bought also new "coals" but i didnt replaced the ones inside because they looked the same as the new ones.
What else is "rebuild" on a "new" startermotor?

You mean "coils"? Electrical parts can't be judged on appearance. I don't know how it is in Deutschland, but here a freshly rebuilt starter with lifetime warranty costs about $125. Replace it and be done with it, it's far too critical to nickel-and-dime it.
A rebuild starter has been electrically tested on the armature and field coils, had the commutator cut and dressed, new brushes, linkage to bendix repaired/replaced, new solenoid, cleaned and painted.
