________ Just because they look cool don't mean that they are the best wheels for your car,Cayenne S II 18" were designe for a 4x4 SUV not a humble 944.And like mention I'll worry about the weigth & the stress those will put on your NA suspension that is if you could fit them to your 83.May be 17" Cayenne & even those don't look super hot judging by this pic.

Trying to find how much each of those wheels would weight is not exactly an easy task, but I tracked down the weight of the another Spicy Pepper 18x8 5 spoke wheel. That wheel tipped the scales at 32.4 lbs per wheel, and at first blush that it terrible when you consider that the 15 or 16 inch wheels that came on your car would have ranged between 15 and 20 lbs a wheel.
But if you are hell bent on finding cheap 18s, well I don't think that is too much heavier than some of the replica wheels out there. Factory 18 inch non hollow spoke twists came in a 26lbs in the front and 29 in the back, so I would guess the replicas add a few pounds on top of that.
Two last points, while you are in the range of replica wheel weights it still does not mean it is a good idea to shod a 944 with 30 lb wheels, and lastly the wheels might be the worst looking wheels ever to roll out of the factory on a Porsche badged vehicle so I hope no one posts pictures of them on a '44......
