Default Techline DIY coatings

Has anyone tried this? If so what are your results and experiences?

The ones I'm after are TurboX for the headers, CBX for the combustion chambers, satin black for downpipeand and back and some TLTD thermal dispersant for the top of the intake, the turbo cold housing and if I have enough for the IC.

No replies so far. Is this technology too new, or are you all sending your parts off to be coated by professionals?

Never tried those guys but Dan at http://www.swaintech.com/ has coated internal and external parts for many listers here. Good work, easy to deal with.

Thanks. My problem is my location. Not many professionals over here and the one I found is too expensive, so I will have to do it myself. I have access to an industrial oven, so baking to cure the coating will not be a problem. Since I've never done this before I would love to hear from those who have tried.
(Come to think of it, perhaps this should be in the engine building forum).
