A professional service with recommendations from a couple members recently:
http://www.ecudoctors.com/

Vic at PauerTuning is a member of the 944 forums.

If you just want to see if it still works,
944online (RL sponsor) with test.

It depends on how much information you want from the company. If you wanted a detailed printout, a dedicated repair shop may cost a few dollars but the tests would be more complete.

Talk to John Behe. He can check all parameters for proper stock operation.
That is where are the 44Cup/SC DMEs go, as well as many other race cars.

Great info!

I want to make sure it works...it was in my garage, inside a rolling tool box when we had our fire. No disable damage to the toolbox but it did get very wet.

Insurance will pay for the check up and any repairs.
