So after having pulled just about everything out in order to change the Oil pan gasket and the crankshaft seal... here's the list of repairs / changes:
Reference (Speed) Sensors
Clutch Fork Bearings
Clutch Lever Shaft
Engine Mounts
Turbo Oil Supply O- Rings
Dipstick Seal
Wastegate Seal Ring
Wastegate Exhaust Seal Ring
Misc Nuts, Bolts and Fasteners
New Pop-off Valve
New Heat Shield that cover oil pan gasket
Distributor Dust Cover
Oil Pan Gasket
Crankshaft Seal
Agip 20W/50 Racing oil
OEM Oil Filter
Drain Plug Gasket
Transmission Sleeve
Intake Manifold Gasket
Good thing, I brought it to Ron Green! It was a tad more things to change than I had tought it would be, but now, I know where the *all* of the car stands.
Hopefully now there will be smiles for a while!

When I did my pan gasket/crank seal I did not even touch the clutch.
I did do engine mounts as expected, but did not pull the intake manifold. Of course I have the 2 piece crossover pipe on my 88 so I guess that helped.
