Default Front Corner light wiring

Hi all,

I have nearly finished installing all the tidbits back on my car after repaint and wow is it looking good. I will have to add a photo after this weekends wet sand/ buff session.

I have all the lights working except the front side running lights on the sides of the bumpers. They are connected with two wires of which I am not sure which is ground. I have tried both ways with no success and have checked the fuses which are fine. I am at a bit of a loss for guesses and was wondering if anyone may have any suggestions or know which wire is positive and which is negative?

I find it hard to imagine that both bulbs are toast but can check that option as well.

Thanks all!

Check 12 VDC across the 2 wires with a volt meter with the light switch on. If you have 12 VDC the lamps or lamp sockets are bad. The 2 terminal lamps are not polarity sensitive. If you do not measure 12VDC with the lights on then the wiring, fuse or light switch should be checked.

Well I tested the Voltage and thew drivers side was getting 12 VDC and the passenger was getting ZERO. All fuses are fine.

THE BAD: I had a battery charger hooked up to the car and while testing out the lights and fuses all my running lights decided to shut off and not turn on again,,, All the fuses are fine and the blinkers do work on the front running lights but other than that I have no running lights front or rear.

Is there a relay or something that I am missing that might control all of these? I am at a loss and could use some help! Also, any idea why the passenger side may not be getting power? Is it attached to one of the plugs for the fog lights or head lights?

Thanks!

What year and model is your car?
I would suggest that put the year and model of your car in the signature block,
from the User Control Panel
