Its a Porsche 962CR made by Vern Schuppan with approval from Porsche (early nineties) as a road going version of the 962 Le Mans car. I worked on it as a consultant for the Composites. The rear bumper is removed in the photo. Only 2 were made before running out of money although unlike many motorsport companies they did pay there bills If you search 962CR on Wiki I think theres more details.
