Default 83 O2 Sensor Issues

I just finished getting a 1983 944 going for a friend of mine. One of the previous owner hacked a bunch of extra stuff (alarm, stero, etc) into the car a bucharded the harnesses. I am noe in the situation where I have a single wire O2 sensor with no wire to hook it up to. The haynes I have shows a single wire connection to the DME and I am thinking of routing a new O2 but cannot figure out which one to re-route. Is there a good reference to the wiring harness for these cars including wire colors? I looked on anothe NA 85.5 and have come to the conclusion that the correct wire is a heavy solid green wire but want to confirm before I hack.

Any help appreciated.

No - I looked all over for that plug. I checked the wire going into it (on a 85.5) and it was a heavy green wire which why I was thinking of going after the heavy green wire on the DME hareness. Wait, you have a 83 which means my friends should have that plug. I think I will look around on the inside of the firewall to see if I can find it - Thanks for the info. Still wouldn't mind confirming that I an thinking of the correct wire. A DME hareness pin-out anybody?
