will this disable your ability to take off the front bumper, or will it still be removable attached to the fenders?

Can't take off the front bumper any more. Not anything in there that I need to get to,..... barring a front end bang up. But then I'd be doing body work anyway.

Is tghat just bondo or is there fiberglas resin and mat underneath?

Mat and short strand resin, the filler is just to smooth it out a bit
