Question Weird bogging problems

Hi Guys,

I've been having some weird issues with my charging system.

Here is a list of whats on the car:

1987 944 Turbo
2.5L Sleeved block (original rebuilt motor)
GT35R Triple Ceramic Ball Bearing Turbo (v-band on both sides)
55lbs Injectors
Uego2000 Wideband O2
Custom Chips
SPEC Stage 3 Clutch
Mafterburner
LR MAF
Bilstein Escort Cups Full Coilovers (450 Front....550 Rear) No Torsion tubes
3" Downpipe and Exhaust(v-band)
Adjustable Fuel Pressure Reg (currently at 3bar)
A/C Deleted
357WHP 364TRQ at 19lb Full boost at 3200 RPM

Now onto the problem,

I am experiencing a rough idle after the car warms up also the car sputters when you rev it to 1500+ RPM for example you can hear it sputter when you keep it at a stable idle above 1500rpm.

I am wondering if it can be the injectors or that garbage Lindsey Racing MAF. or possibly something else, what do you guys think? Why after it warms up?

One thing I did notice is that the sputtering is also related to the voltage the car is seeing at the time.

Voltage readings are

13.75 Car just started......Reading at the battery
13.62 When car warms up...Reading at the battery
13.35 Car Warm, Lights, Fan and radio on....Reading at the battery
13.09 Car Warm Fan On.......Reading on the body (pretty low)

I checked the resistance on the ground from the battery terminal to the body ground and that is 2.4ohms so gotta change that.

The lower the voltage the worse the bogging and sputter.

I just changed the battery, Alternator, TPS, Spark Plugs, Coil, Fuel filter and all vacuum lines.

You can start changing parts on these cars till your blue in the face and it will end up being the most unrelated and random item causing the problem, that being said I hope some of you gurus can shed some light on what you think it might be.

Thanks
