so when you torqued the lugs, it broke?

Correct, was torquing them to 95lbs

That alluminium must be very weak ,i wouldn't use those spacers. I machined mine to fit over the bearing cap ,only downside is that you loose the centering ring , spacer to wheel.

So this spacer is intended to bolt to the hub then the bearing cap is pressed into the spacer opening? Or was it designed to fit over the hub with bearing cap below the spacer?

The spacer's "arm" was machined down to clear the cap, so the cap should have some space when fully torqued between it and the spacer, but I guess not.

WOW... cheap spacers FTW!!!

Not trying to be a dick...but there is a reason some spacers cost $400.

1. They fit over the hub and cap without machining

2. They are not cast aluminum. They are machined billet.

Its probably good they broke then, and not when you were driving.

I can tell you for sure you CAN'T fit hub centric spacers smaller than 25mm to early hubs. Non hub centric or larger than 25mm or to late hubs yeah sure no problem.
