Hi Everyone,
The problem is the short air line from the ICV to the intake manifold. A half-inch to three-quarter inch tear was passing "un-metered" air into the system. All rubber under the manifold (including the ICV mounts) on order so the car will cruise again.....SOON I HOPE!!!!!!!! Thanks to everyone for the help and advice!!!!!!!

Do you have a picture of the hose? I might have the same problem. My car wont idle when cold...everything tested ok...I also notice with the warm weather and AC on the idle is lower around 600rpm causing it to be rough...worse when cold. I havent gotten around to taking the intake off to have a look yet.

Hey Plumbum--car is running better than it has for the two years I have owned the car. I suggest this repair if there is any question. Good luck.

Thanks for the update! Will be ordering all the rubber and likely a new icv while I am in there.
