Question what is the name of this part?

what is the proper name of this part ? so I can call and order one , it sits in a leather sleeve hidden back up in the dash between the steering column and the aux fuse panel no part numbers on it but it does has 12V 30A on the top of the plastic box ( I assume it is some type of fuse but not like goes in the panels)

it's a standard bosch 30 amp relay....u can get them from radioshack/your local autoparts store. where do the wires go? that wiring doesn't look OEM
