Default driveshaft runout

a friend and i removed my torque tube this morning in order to replace my bearings. while spinning it on the garage floor to listen to the bearings we noticed the input side has some runout it it. it looks like it may be a few thousandths over about 18 inches. would this be considered normal?

the tt is still assembled. i have not gotten any threaded rod yet as my bushings are in canada's "postal purgatory" due to the labor strike.

When I rebuilt the TT I noticed the shaft had a distinct wobble and so took it to a driveline balancing shop. They put it on a machine and they shrugged and said no problem, so I guess there is a lot of room within spec.
