I drove about 70 miles yesterday with no problems. Parked the car and went out ten minutes later to drive it again and it wouldn't start. So thinking maybe it was vapor lock, I let it sit for a few hours. Same thing. I didn't have any tools so I called for a tow. When the guy got there, I tried it again, and it ran for about a minute and then sputtered to a halt. No luck after that.
So back at home today I tried to start it again. Nothing. Pulled the end cap off the fuel rail and no fuel came out. Put the cap back on, jumpered the relay for the fuel pump, and I could hear it running. I checked the end cap again, and no fuel. I then jumpered the relay again with the cap off, and the appropriate flow comes out the fuel rail.
So this sounds like the FPR right? Or could it be the damper? I have a DE event this weekend (perfect timing) so I can't play guessing games. Anybody have any other suggestions before I start ordering parts tomorrow? This is on the 83 by the way.

Oh yeah, and another tidbit. The car has been getting harder to start over the last month. It was taking about three seconds of cranking before starting.
