Pictured below is my fuel tank, with lines leading to a plastic chamber in the middle. What is plastic chamber that I see here?![](http://host.jwcinc.net/801002/troicki/img_0340%20(1).jpg)
Here you can see a fuel line towards where the fuel filler is located. What is this?

I need to replace all of these lines, as they are cracked and leaking. Am I correct in assuming that the lines mentioned above are vacuum hoses, such as this? http://www.pelicanparts.com/cgi-bin/...meter%29%20%20

I also need the hose sections labeled #5 in the graph above. I'm not having luck finding any these parts online. Any last pointers? Otherwise, I'm off to the Porsche Center. $$$

Vapor recirc / vent setup... P/N 5 is listed as "expansion tank".. likely to prevent liquid fuel from being sent back to the fill port (alows the liquid to expand to vapor)
FWIW, this is an EARLY 944 only part.... the lines and such are all different on late cars..
DCAuto lists them as in stock, YMMV...
