So I have not been putting up pics yet, will do shortly. But so far. I am prepping my engine bay for paint. Have my racing short block assembled with teflon scraper, and bs delete. Full gt30r with progressive 4" turbo back . Vitesse stage 3 with pb and v flex. full race suspension, autopower bolt in cage. lexan hatch , sphericle everything and racers edge control arms. Upon removal of my factory aluminum heat shields on the firewall, I FOUND MOLD along with multiple colors of paint/and oil. Not to mention separation of the aluminum and the insulation. So I will not be restoring these 3 pieces. Does anyone with their parting out cars or spare parts have these 3 main insulation pieces that are in great shape still? I am trying to get my motor in and plumbed within 2 weeks , so i need these before the motor goes back in to her home!!!!!!
Can anyone help or point me in the right direction as to where I can find these shields that won't need much cleaning or restoring or won't be destroyed like mine are?
Thanks and best regards guys and gals!

Thanks, so far so good, sanding later today. then washing , and drying , then priming tomorrow. So far, only mild spots of seam sealer pealage. no actual metal separation near the clutch master or master master.. hehe. or anywhere else !!

If you're looking for the factory peaces I have them, but they're still on the car (the engine is out so if you're interested let me know), but if you're looking for a new substitute - Lindsey Racing offers something similar, that they say should do the job http://www.lindseyracing.com/LR/Pors.../LR-TT141.html
