This is my pride and joy. I've been building/racing it for over 20 years. Just about everything on is performance or hand made. Its a 1978 280Z with a very modded driveline from a late 80's 300zx turbo. Built to be a Viper killer, and it is!

The next is project "flip it" I picked it up at the end of the season last year, and I've been working on it eversince so I can clean it up and sell it. It too is a 1978 280, but much much tamer.

Remind me of Maserati 1990-half of 2000 era when it was their golden age of design (Best example is 3200 GT, one of the finest cars in histroy in terms of the design).

And running or not, it's pretty nice to look at. Not bad for $1100.
I'd have to disagree on an Audi 90 being a pile of crap. My 93 CS Quattro Sport is great. Haven't done much to it maintenance wise (haven't had it that long, but my dad had it for 11 years before me) but I absolutely love it. If you ever need any info, I have the entire set of factory service manuals for the 93-95 Audi 90s.

Here's my current stable:

It was an 87 FZ600. The predecessor to the FZR. We bought it to be Jeska's first bike. She now has a SV650 and KLR650.

Thanks Darwin! I have the Bentley for the B3, and that's it. I gotta say that book really sucks but it does have some useful info if you dig through the entire book and actually find it.

You may think that way about your 90, but that's because you haven't had to:
replace the heater core
R&R the transmission
fix a corrosion hole in the rear main seal flange (ytf is there a flange there...)
replace the clutch master cylinder
repair the fuel level sender, twice
replace your cluster lighting fuse every day because faulty trunk wiring causes a short
watch the door panels and headliner come unglued
replace every part of the cruise control and have it still not work

That's not all the work I've done, just the hard ones and/or the ones due to crap design. But seriously, if you've never replaced the heater core, do it before it fails, take it from me. And then after doing the heater core job let me know if you still love that car!

Mine's a 90 CS quattro 5-speed with winter package. What does the sport have over the non-sport?

So.....you have had to do some maintenance on a 21 year old car you bought for $1100 and you think its veal because some of the work was hard?

Sorry, the Audi is a cool car! I think you are not really being fair to it by putting this in the proper perspective. That thing will run forever and take you anywhere if you take care of it.

I'll do a little more research on the Sport. It may not be that, but I always heard my Uncle and Dad refer to it as a sport. It's also a 5 speed with cold winter package, does yours have sport seats? Mine has some pretty serious bolsters. It also has 16 inch Borbet wheels, koni sports, and hollow cats.

Here's a photo of the manuals. If you ever can't find anything, let me know!

What a great collection! KTM 200 2 stroke seems like the perfect off road bike to me. Also love the Gas Gas. If I could go back in time I would have started out riding trials. At a young age I didn't appreciate how much it would improve my riding of just about anything with two wheels.

The GasGas TXT 200 trials bike was a blast and really helped my off road riding techniques. I competed in trials for a year or so before I sold it. The KTM 200EXC was my last enduro bike, it was perfect for tight trails here in the Southeast. The yellow GasGas in the first pic was also a 200 and was a really nice bike. The red GasGas was an MC250 made for MX, very few of those ever made it to the US, it was a beast!

HAHAHAHAHA! You don't understand. Buy and own an Audi 90 for one year and then let me know what you think. I have owned numerous Benzes and Porsches, this is my first Audi, and it really made me appreciate how excellent the other two companies are. If I ever get another Audi, it will be a larger chassis, there's no room to work in this little car.

I never complained that there was a lot of maintenance to do. Of course - it's old and high mileage. But every single time I get it under the knife, it becomes a cussing fest and I want to throw my hammer into the windshield.

It does have virtues, of course. I love the looks. I'm a big fan of motronic, which the v6 uses, and the engine is reliable. Except for that leaking RMS flange that was "fixed" by the PO with a stop-leak product. What a mess to clean up.

My 90 came with hollowed out cats... I got really good at welding when I was putting in the audi 100 cats I got for it.

Yeah, I have sport seats. I don't know if the shocks are koni, but at 190k miles I don't think it matters if they're koni or not, haha. But I always wondered if the "sport" was anything like m030, with stiffer springs and/or sway bars.

If I was in the 80's right now I would be the coolest damn kid on the block with this bike and the 951.

RZ 350. Not stock by any means, but all built to vintage spec except the engine. The engine is a modern portjob and what not.

03 Grand Cherokee

86 951, 96 Miata, and the RZ350

My old RZ350 pretty stock, and the 1971 AT1-c with GYT Kit

If you can't tell I really like 2 strokes.
