For the lam. separate ones, I put the laminate over the top prior to mounting on the car and carefully trimmed the edges with a single edge razor blade. When I mounted to the car, it's just peel & stick on the housing, luckily there was the barest of outlines of where the original sticker used to be in my case. It really wont make much difference if you're off by a mm or two. I will try to post a pic tonight of it installed.
