Good pads, fresh rotors, Good/great fluid, maybe some stainless lines are all you need for Street/AX and even DE. Getting MORE air to the brakes would likely do more good than larger calipers.

I also would be suprised if they were a simple bolt on. Adaptors at best is my guess.. complete suspension overhaul at worst.
Oh yeah, and if I do want to keep the 15" wheels, then I need to take that into consideration.

I'm no track expert, but the times I ran my 944 on the track, brakes were never a limitation. So, maybe just making sure I have good rotors and pads is enough. (I did flush the brake/clutch lines with Super Blue.)

Of course, most of this is more about "Can I?" than "Do I need to?"

Nice car, I'm thinking silver repaint some day for mine.

I sold the turbo brakes/rotors/pads/adapters I had for my car after I realized 1: they were really heavy! 2: Hawk pads (or any good pad) on the stock calipers up front transformed the braking, no need for more. Then I got carried away and bought the Willwood set to save the extra 14lbs. up front. If you are serious about autocross stick with the lighter unsprung weight. .02
