Default fan runs with key on

ok so i tried two fan switchs and two fan relays. as soon as i turn the key the right(passenger) fan runs on high speed. after doing somere search i found that the right fan comes on when the a/c switch is turned on. this is on my track car so i pulled out everything that has to do with the a/c, even the heater core... i had this problem about a year ago and for some reason the fan decided to shut off on its own which now leaves me stumped. i traced the wires from the fan to the switch and found nothing wrong. what do you guys think the problem is? short? did i forget to take something out or jump a wire when i removed everything?

It could be one of the Temp sensors in the Radiator. I know I had a similar problem with fans running even after shutting off the car and would only stop when I pulled the fan relay.

It turned out there is a sensor in the radiator that commonly goes on our cars that can lead to this issue.

Well it quit. I moved some wires around where the blower used to be and it stopped. Is the a/c sensor switch or whatever next to the blower motor on a late car?

The low speed fan is supposed to come on when A/C is turned on , the temp switch could be bad , you can test by ohming out pin 1 and 3 if it reads short it is bad and fan will run on .

Would it continue to pull electricity even with the key off/out. I have something draining my battery and a very low speed fan runs whenever the key is in and turned to the first position.

My temp switch doesn't work any more. I get heat all the time.
If I depress the A/C switch the fan turns on high.
