For the right money would you make this into a kit and sell it ?
I'm not doing the fabrication of these parts, so I really can't answer that. Having said that, It's likely that my fab guy would recreate the kit for the right amount of money(which in the world of fabrication of custom turbo parts would be very reasonable).
Problem is, most sane people would not spend that kind of time or money on the car.
Also as you can see it still wouldn't be a weekend-bolt-together project.
Also my car is running EFI so it doesn't have many stock parts to work around or integrate.

Why did you use an internal wastegate and not an external?
Cost, ease of plumbing to begin with. Bass GT had good results with a similar set up.

To be honest, I'm not sure what the fire mode is set at right now. I'd have to pull hook it up to the lap top. Last time I tuned it/had TunerStudio open was 18 months ago...
I run Ford EDIS for ignition. Simple Ford EDIS4 coil pack.
Originally had it set up with the edis module controlling spark but will be switching to have MS control spark completely. Mostly to simplify the wiring and also so I can make full use of "launch control".

Good stuff, I am doing something like yours on a 1.6 Suzuki truck engine, nowhere near the level you are, shooting for 150 hp and about that in TQ.
