Cooling System Leak
Long story short, I've replaced my water pump recently and afterwards the oil cooler gasket started leaking.
I replaced the oil cooler gasket and filled the cooling system with distilled water to check for any leaks before filling with anti-freeze.
It's been a few weeks now and I was satisfied that cooling system was without any leaks. And as a result I have drained the cooling system and added Zerex G-05 anti-freeze to the system in a 50/50 mixture.
Now the oil cooler is leaking again, not much...but enough.
The only thing I can think of it to check the 4 bolts that hold the oil cooler onto the engine and torque them down to stop the leak.
But, I would like to know if anyone has experienced this issue and has a recommendation.
Thanks in advance,

Dillon,
Good question, but yes, when I replaced the oil cooler gasket I did use the oil pressure alignment tool to insure the alignment of the oil cooler housing.
The replacement of the oil cooler went flawlessly with the aid of the alignment tool.
My thinking is that I didn't toque the bolts down hard enough because the 4 bolts were not easily accessible.
Is there a recommended torque spec and how would you get a torque wrench in the tight space?
Any ideas?
