Default '90 944s2cab

Hi everyone,

I'm normally hang in' around the 911 board...please don't hold that against me. Today my brother & I brought his 944 out of storage. He installed the battery and the beauty fired right up. Oddly though, when he got home & turned the car off the running lights, only on the passenger side of the car, remained on with no light switch in the "on" position. The only way to turn them off is to disconnect the battery cable.

Any thoughts as to what the problem may be.

Thanks in advance.

If the turn signal stalk is turned to either side when the car is off, the lights on that side should stay on. I'd check if that's the case.

good call. if its just one side that stays on, see if both the front and rear lights are on. this would be the case if your turn signal stalk is up or down
