Sounds about right. I had a similar problem. However mine would do that in a straight line and only under regular acceleration, through 1st and 2nd gear. I never ended up really figuring it out before I sold it a few weeks ago, but that was my hypothesis. Starved for fuel somehow. Maybe clogged fuel filter?

ok , so i replace the fuel pressure regulator, nothing
replace fuel filter, nothing
the stutter was much better in warmer days-- does this make sense?
when i replaced the fuel filter, lots of nasty looking gas came out of it. i plan to check the in tank screen and drain the tank mebbe crap is floatin around in there and cloggin the fuell delivery.
the stutter actually feels like fuel starvation... any one got any ideas?

ok i lied.. still does it when the temp is warm.... there is a fuel smell in the car especially after a lot of cornering... i wondered about vapor lock?
anyone? is there a filter or check valve or something that that releases vapor pressure that might have failed?
