I am searching for a top condition 1982 944 either located in the US either in Europe... I know the production was very limited that year and no cars were official imported in the States, so this is a very long shot.
If you wonder why I' m looking for a 1982, the reason is that it can be imported to my country without paying any taxes as it 's considered a classic car. Thank you!

Tax for an 82: zero, if imported as a classic vehicle. Tax for an 83: 10.000 euros or more.

Thank you! I 've send a mail to the seller from the craiglist. The silver one from Italy looks very interesting but first I wanna see the one from the States.

You're much better off looking at cars in Germany or elsewhere in the EU that is within driving distance.
I brought mine into the EU duty free due to relocation from the US.

Check if your law permit younger cars classic classification if they are "rare" models. Here car has to be 25 years old, but only 20 if it is rare.
Benefit of classification is 90% off insurance, so yearly car registration is only 120€. (But you have to be a member of one oldtimer club that issues you with old timer licence)
Btw: how are old timers treat officially in USA?

If you mean cars (not people), it is all STATE dependent. Some consider 15years old to be classic. Others 20, Others 25.
Most states will mileage restrict /use restrict a classic or antique tagged car The ususal "advantage" to the classic/antique status is not needing to pass yearly safety or emissions testing. Insurance can be less, but will often have similar use restrictions (ie, can't be your only car, must be garaged etc).

I moved here from Ireland a while back and my 2 cars here would cost me a total of about $3000/year in road tax and probably about the same in insurance back home. Here, it's about $500 all told for insurance and yearly registration.
Oh and I didn't even mention the NCT yet...
