Default Motor mounts - any experience with these?

Stu needs new motor mounts. The choices range from cheap (~$40) to outrageous (~$200 each). Then there are these two...

Anyone with experience with these mounts care to comment? If they are durable and effective - I may decide to go this way. Cost is per pair, versus per unit with the other types of mounts.

I have heard those mounts work great. They are stiff without the vibes of a solid mount.

Get the Rein Automotive mounts which Paragon sells for ~$120(LR has them also). I just bought a set and they are the same as the Porsche mounts as far as i can tell with the Porsche branding and part # ground off. I had a set of those semi solid mounts i was going to put in (not made by LR though) and opted not to go with them due to a mixed consensus about how much vibration they add. I have a semi-solid transmission mount and the car vibrates much more over the stock mount, i dont want to be bothered by anymore vibration so i opted to go with stock engine mounts.

Hard to see in the picture but you can just barely make out where the lettering was ground off, you can still make out the last digit of the part # on it if you hold it in the light a certain way.

Factory branded mount..

I have a full set of lindsey solid mounts in my race car, both trans and engine.

Would not use them on the street but with a properly balanced motor they are fine on track... just a bunch louder, particularly from the transaxle.

I think if I bought them again I would get the ones you pictured with the small amount of rubber in them, but after a couple years I don't have any issues with the engine mounts.

Thanks Techno Duck, I have searched for information about the Rien MMs and found little info.
