If you have late offset control arms, the extra angle will wear out that OEM rubber bushing alot quicker than normal. BTDT.

Hey xschop, Where can I get that 80A poly at??? I have an 87 944 N/A & I am definitely interested in that set up!!!!!! In fact I STILL have my original mounts layin around back when I replaced mine with the KLA Industries units

It's 60A......80A would be too harsh of a ride.... I turned them on my lathe and Dawgz pointed out that the early mounts will fit a late car, I just fixed the strut angle interface by 4 degrees as the strut mount to spindle difference is 4 degrees between the late and early cars

PM sent....You need the Early mounts (pre-87) for a rebuild.

Some have removable lower bearing cups that contain the planar bearing and the 85-86 had them incorporated (vulcanized) into the rubber.
