Default lack of power/choking

my car's experiencing something i'm not sure how to approach. it starts and idles normally. on driving it down the street, anything more than 15% throttle, it chokes and doesn't have any power to accelerate. it's been quite a while since the car's been driven hard. I spun rod bearing last summer and that's been replaced, crank drilled & polished, external oil cooler installed.

so what are the likelies? FPR/FPD? AFM? DME?

car is a 83.

Did this start immediately after the engine was put back together?

i haven't tried to drive it hard since last year. put the engine back together last fall but couldn't get oil pressure back. towed it to shop and i just picked it up a 2 weeks ago. i drove it back highway 130miles but that was just normal cruising acceleration

check the vacuum line that is under the rubber piece that goes from the air filter to the throttle. same thing was happening to me i thought i had water in my gas or my spark plug wires were shot but it turned out it was just a simple vacuum line had come off
