Not for now. I may go with a coilover conversion if I can find a good set of Bilstein Cup coilovers for sale used.

Sorry... I was thinking 315's to clear the suspension.

275's are a not much of a problem.

Ok, here's results:

315's didn't work with my current 10" wheel offset. They rub the front of the wheel well at static ride height and would very likely rub in the rear under compression. With rolled fenders and either a different offset or spacer, 315s size should work.

I didn't have time to get spacers and deal with the fenders so I went with the 275's. Even these rubbed a bit in the upper rear section of the rear wheel wells with the suspension compressed. We were running at T-Hill and I'm thinking the tires rubbed when on the gas in up-hill cornering sections. Pictures of the car from behind show that it squats quite a bit. I'm running 550lb coil overs and the car weighs 2,750 right now.

Wider rubber will be good to have in the future, but the 275s work great for now as I'm learning the car.

Thanks everyone for your input and suggestions. So far, the car totally rocks and was worth all the work.

Dan.

You'll end up going to the 315's sooner or later so you might as well get it over with :-)

The difference in grip is huge between the 275 & 315.
