I heard in another thread that the sub I bought may not fit. I'm a little worried because I got the sub for Xmas and I just now bought the KLA box. BTW the sub is a JBL GTO804.

So it looks like it doesn't completely fit. I I tried getting it in there, but it seems that it have just a little bit sticking out. I'm not sure if I should try a different sub or try and make this one fit. I will try to post pictures.

Do you have access to a saw and some MDF? You could always make a spacer ring around the box's speaker opening to space it up a little.
It's really important that no part of the speaker touches the box except for where it attaches to the opening.
Alternatively, you can easily find MDF mounting rings on ebay, normally for around $10 each.
