Default WTB Power steering hardware!

Putting power steering back on my car and ive just ordered a TON of hoses, rebuild kits and a rack... but now i need some misc. hardware, all the little stuff...

I can post specifics but i was kind of hoping for someone to have a box of their old power steering hardware that i could purchase... but every little bit helps.

I'd order new but it would take two weeks or so and ive got everything else ready to go! Thanks guys
Chris

For 6, 8, 10, and 11, just go to the freakin' hardware store. That'll be cheaper than the postage to buy someone's used stuff.

Buy brand new #42s... used ones will leak - and you wouldn't be doing all this if you wanted it to leak.

You do need a #12. I might have one kicking around... I'll look over the weekend.

Hey! hows the turbo doing?

Well i did at first but then i did my first stint in high speed cornering with manual steering... waaaay too much weight on those wheels to keep them turning, especially when over irregular surfaces...

Thanks for the reply! I'll do just that... I was hoping to get away with the used 42's since shipping is so long but i guess i'll shop the vendors to see if any are in stock. Let me know if you have a 12, that'd be great! Thanks

I need to take some better pictures and send them. The interior looks awesome. The motor is in, now just getting all the systems together and finishing the wiring harness. Another month or two. This takes forever when time is spread too thin.

Pelican has all of the copper washers, make sure you get the 2 for the pump as well (they are bigger than the ones on the rack, #47). Just pump the part number into the search box @ pelican. I just got done redoing my entire PS system too Don't forget to get some Dexron 2 or 3.

Edit: Pelican has #12 for 12 bucks
the washers are cheap too.

thanks Doc, i have all of the lines and a pump, just missing some hardware... you wouldn't happen to have any of that lying around would you? specifically the pump mounting stuff and washers for the lines... Thanks for letting me know about the pump and lines though!
