Yup, I have a 964 too...and was at VagFair with my "big VW" 
...so we must have talked there. I work on getting some close-up pics next time I have the car out. Later today, perhaps...?

I think the rears would be slightly too tall. I have 285/30/R18s on my rears, and they're too wide to be useful. I'm going to 265/35R18s, which are also very slightly too tall (around 2%, if I recall correctly, but as close as I can get in 265). Here are mine:
