E-brake
I bought a switch that sits under the emergency/parking brake. I notice to places to clip/solder wires. I found only one wire coming out of the carpet under the brake.
Where do I go from here?

My 83 has one wire going to a spring loaded button on a bracket that's grounded to the car so when parking brake is on it completes the circuit and light is on and when lever is down it breaks the circuit
