Just to recap with the results:
The original estimate was for $546.09, which included all the work listed in the image above.
I got another estimate from reputable local bodyshop (which had several Porsche's waiting to be worked on or picked up, including a gorgeous black 930) for $878.52. This was to replace the fender with a used one found at the local Porsche dismantler for $100, as well as a brand new fender liner.
In the end, I settled for $644.04 pending inspection of the used fender to determine how much work it might need (dismantler estimated 2.5 hours of repair), which will be added later on. However, I think I'm just going to save this money towards a 951, as I believe this car is too far gone cosmetically to spend anything on fixing the body.
Also, I forgot to mention there's a $250 deductible to be subtracted from their payment.

You will be throwing away money if you paint just the fender and leave the rest of the car as is. My advice to you is just buy a good used RED fender for no more than 100$ and keep the rest of the money for when you decide what to do with the car.
Go over on pelican to find a fender, lots of cars being parted all over the country.

I have been looking for a used right front fender for 5 months with not much luck. Well if I want to pay $500.00 plus tax for a used one . I don't think so .I found one but it was damaged in the same location as the one I have . An other fella never replied that said he had one . I do have a track on one now but would like a price and picture of it and cost . Fender for $50.00 WOW sweet find me one . If I don't find one before next week I will be repairing my fender and have the whole car painted .

Bolt this on. It'll match better than new paint, anyway. Good luck.

Yea, there are a couple on Ebay -less than $250....
If you go on Craigslist (Austin, TX) there is a Guy with 944 parts... not sure if he has a fender, but worth a call..

Thanks for all the help guys. I'm not sure if I'm actually going to replace the fender, maybe not right away at least. Like I said, there's a lot more wrong with the body on this car than that.
If I do decide to replace, I've located one here for $100 from Austin VeeDub. Anyone else in Austin would be well served to check this place out. They have a yard full of 944's, 914's, 924's, 928's, etc.

I'm with the other guys on BMX/trials/freeride bikers having a go at the car. Keep your eyes on YouTube - maybe the little bastards will be stupid enough to post a video of it!

ok, the tire marks are from a BMX bike, the tire name it "primo" "the wall" tires and they where doing, what we call sproket disasters on your fender.... that is when you ride towards something and "bunny hop" up onto the object(your car) and land on the center of your bike(the sprocket) and then hop back off.... people that arent that skilled at riding have to put there front tires on the object to keep balance.... so your car was damaged by some teenage huligans.... i ride bmx but i am a bit better than those guys are and a bit older..haha
