What wheels are those? They look remarkably similar to my enkeis.

Looks great!!
Thanks!

The wheels are Riken Mesh wheels - some defunct Japanese performance rim company. Receipts say they were bought in 1991, they seem to be a pretty rare set of rims in this bolt pattern. Light as hell too!

Also, the wheel centres used to be gold, but some PO powdercoated them grey. Much more understated and less retro, which is good and bad. I like the retro look of gold centres, but still love these.

Have any pictures of yours?

Thanks! My car never has projects however.
It just likes to change interior colors frequentley... Haha.

True, or maybe it'd be the perfect complement to my car...

I just installed a thermal coated Bursch header I got for Christmas. It's not completely in yet so I haven't tried it out but I let you know how I like it.

BTW does anyone know what that hose in the upper left hand corner of my second picture is for? It comes from just behind the driver's side fender and stops about half way down the side of the car.

Vent for the charcoal canister which is located in the drivers side fender well.

Let me know if your interested.

I wish I had pictures of my car! I need to get some good ones. Here is one change I made to my interior though! I get paid tomorrow and then here it comes full leather door panels! I forgot to vacuum it!
Hmmm, I wonder WHO you sold it to.... hmmmmm

I have seen a few porsches with the tan/ black interior like stogie25's i think that is kind of the look i am going for, I just need to find seat covers for the seats. The front seats have tears in them on the bottom >.< and the steering wheel is in pretty harsh shape, But i doubt fixing up the interior will be as bad as doing all the work on the engine i just did haha
Wow, our cars ARE twins.. I just re-assembled the top end of my engine today... will wrap it up tomorrow!

OH, and I bought his black carpet set.. to replace my worn out beige carpet.. and I also have some 8 way power full leather comfort seats on the way... steering wheel is already done.. now to take care of a few pesky dash cracks and some body work and she will be PERFECT!

Been there... last 2 days have been spent (mostly) wrenching.. I used to do it for a living, now it makes me feel like I got dragged behind a bus...

I have GOT to get out with the PCA up here, central VA... lets just say I didn't feel welcome with my lowly 944 or 951s....

Have been hearing it is a pretty good and active bunch up here... (Im now in NoVA rather than Richmond)

OH, and my NA DID in fact start yesterday, and between yesterday and today I have put 301 miles on her since!
