Does anyone have the momo evo shift **** in their early 944?

I have it on my 85.5 944 and it looks great, I also changed my shifter (Under the ****) so it is round they make an adapter that fits over our shifter (after you remove the rubber) and then you can screw the **** into the sifter rod. but the boot is designed to screw up to the ****, so you have to re place the shift boot also ( i have both in Momo red)
