I agree (but then again... I'm biased!!), but it seems as if the market values for S2s are higher than Turbos, so if he has only $7k to spend, he'll be a few thousand $$ short, at least!!

Why is it that the S2s seem to have higher market values right now? Is it because of their rarity, especially if they are in nice condition? Or am I wrong altogether?

prices out of excelence for exclent examples of 944S2's and Turbos

1986 Turbo: 9763
1987 Turbo: 9950
1988 Turbo: 12212
1988 TurboS: 12913
1989 Turbo: 15113

1989 S2: 10513
1990 S2: 12413
1991 S2: 13375

968's start at 18.3K and go up from there. Again all these prices are for excellent examples of our cars.
