Thanks Shawn. The pictures really helped. I looked at my seats a little more carefully tonight, and the bottoms are completely flat. The rails bolt on with six bolts - three on either side. From what I have found searching the message boards, the manual rails are a direct bolt-on to these seats, but they have to be flat on top.
