I'm doing an Autothority MAF install. Everything is done except the DME chip. I was about to install it when I noticed that the MAF chip has less pins then the stage two chip! Is this the wrong chip? Can I run the MAF with the stage 2 chips? Can I run it with the MAF KLR chip and the stage 2 DME chip? Please help!!!

I just talked to my friend at autothority and he says it's the wrong chip. We're going to try and get the right one, but if for some reason we can't is it safe to drive with the stage 2 chips?

NO DON'T DO IT!!! The AutoThority MAF kits are matched sets with a MAF-specific chips. The voltage-response curve of a MAF is completely different from the stock AFM. Their MAF chip is specifically programmed for their MAF sensor so you just plug them in and that's it. No signal-intercepting or massaging needed to trick the computer into thinking air-flow is somewere else on the fuel-map (also skews your ignition too).
So wait for the MAF chip, sell your Stg.2 AFM chip on eBay...
