trying to change dist cap and rotor. Pretty easy...except on this car. The set screw that holds on the rotor is froze and partialy stripped out (where the allen wrench goes).
I've given her the usual dose of PB Blaster, still not budging
Anybody had one of these? How did you get if loose/off?

loosen the 5mm bolt, 8mm hex, that holds the whole rotor assy to the snout of the cam, then either drill out the allen or replace the whole thing, it is available as an assembly. Part # 94460290100, it's slightly more expensive this way but still not too bad.

Great! Thanks, any idea on cost of the assembly? Also, is there much wear/slop in this unit? I was wondering if a used one would do the trick, or do they get out of tolerance as they wear?

I had the same problem, cut the rotor away with a Dremel tool, pulled out the bolt with pliers and put in a new one. It took about 20 minutes and just stuff a bunch of rags around it to keep the debris contained.
