A cross-post is definetly in order on this one.
Geocaching is very big in the State parks in IL. If I had the time to tromp around the woods I'd do it.

I cast my vote, but this site's url doesn't have the www prefix. When I entered just rennlist.com it gave me three other "related" sites to choose from. They were all variations on a theme. I went with www.rennlist.com. Is this gonna hurt us?

Michelle - the primary Rennlist URL is in fact www.rennlist.com, and this is what everyone should be entering. John has many branches and aliases within the rennlist domain.

pretty soon, he'll have an AOL keyword - "rennlist" Further, John loves AOL - I think he has dial-up and broadband thru them. John should work for AOL. John should marry AOL! John, tell us all how you feel about AOL, please?

I love AOL. Aol is the Internet that Gore didn't invent. It's the Internet for the rest of us. AOL is wonderful. It makes my computer talk. It has nifty little icons - when you can see them behind all the nifty pop-up ads. AOL Broadband should work just as well as the rest of AOL - sometimes it will be "on". AOL Mail is also equally thrilling. It's so wonderful - they are butchering Mozilla to come up with a nifty implementation -- called AOL Communicator. That - should also work as well - sometimes. The good news is that AOL Communicator CAN send plain text e-mail, until they figure out how to ripe that code out as well... Yep - I love AOL.....

Seriously - I just logged in and saw this thread.. My thanks to all of you... If I win - I'll share the "Grand Prize" with all - even though I have no idea what the prize is??!!!!

Oh - one last note about AOL... Anyone have "rennlist" in their IM Buddy list?? Just wonderin' who that is..?? Heh, heh, heh..........

You know he is!

Slashdot will be tough to beat...millions of geeks see it daily, and most have the spare time to register and vote. One way or another, I voted!

I can't believe Slashdot would win over some other OS communities - I've never found their interface or tasking very proficient. I'm with sourceforge, xxx builder, and xxx resources before Slashdot.
